Return & Refund Policy

At Alice Land, every product is made to order and personalized just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- A photo of the item and the issue
- Your order number
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.
Wrong Address / Undeliverable Orders Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
Cancellations Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.
Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to us.
